FitFarms Fat Camp and Fitness Boot Camp Ireland is situated in the Heart of County Limerick on a 200 acre Country Estate. The properties entrance has a magnificent mile long road with ancient lime trees paving the way down to the magnificent Castle dating back to 1280. The Castle has been recently listed as the top 10 Castles in Ireland. There are many woodland walks within the Castles grounds and you will also adventure out into the beautiful Limerick countryside taking part in challenging scenic hikes manageable to all fitness levels, shapes and sizes.

Fitness Boot Camp Accommodation

The Castle accommodation is uniquely designed in tasteful neutral colours but still keeping in touch with the Castles ancient history. You have the choice of double bed rooms and shared rooms. There is a real feeling of grandeur being created by large stone entrances, spacious drawing rooms and wide hallways. The rooms are comfortably furnished and have fantastic views over the woodland and manicured grounds.

FitFarms Ireland is ideally situated in the centre of the country making it accessible to everyone. If you are flying to us the nearest airport is Shannon International which is a one hour drive from the Castle. There are direct buses that run from Shannon International to Limerick. FitFarms provides a free service where we collect you from Limerick and take you to the castle. There are frequent trains that leave from Dublin to Limerick and the journey time is approximately 2 hours. If you are are driving to FitFarms there is plenty of parking within the Castle grounds.
