Challenging But Always Manageable Exercise Programmes. Nutritious Delicious Nutrition Plan. Mind Changing Coaching Sessions. Relaxing Restorative Massage Treatments

The number one question we are asked is how intense is the exercise programme? You will enter the programme at the correct intensity for your current fitness level. You will find that the programme is challenging but the team will always set manageable goals as you progress through the course. When we carry out group exercise sessions there are different intensity levels for all abilities.

There maybe some exercises that you cannot do due to medical conditions or other restrictions but do not worry as the team will always find suitable alternatives. Please remember we adapt all our programmes depending on your fitness level.

Typical Daily Schedule

The schedule has been designed so people of all different levels of fitness can take part. We send out a detailed health and nutrition questionnaire before the start of a course so we can gauge levels of fitness and tailor the programme accordingly.

The FitFarms Wake Up Workout helps you respond to insulin, keeping your blood sugar levels under control and ultimately lowering the risk of diabetes and heart disease.

Nutrition And Mind Coaching Programme

We send you a nutrition questionnaire before the start of the course so if you have any special requirements we can adapt the programme for you still keeping it healthy and nutritionally balanced. If you have any allergies, food dislikes, foods that cannot be eaten for religious reasons please let us know and we will tailor our programme to suit your dietary requirements.

Our goal is to send you home with a renewed passion for food and with lots of easy to follow recipes.

Here at FitFarms our focus is on having a more positive relationship with food and inspiring permanent change. We do not just see food simply as fuel, it is about giving your body what it needs to restore balance and help itself. Providing the right nutrients at the right time ensures that appetite and cravings stay under control and crucially promotes portion size re-training.

The Mind Coaching workshops are an essential part of the FitFarms course. We work strongly on changing your relationship with food and exercise to encourage long term change. The workshops will also help build self confidence and self esteem. You will learn how to set goals that are reachable by following some easy, structured coaching steps.
