The Vitual Fitness Retreat Weekend has been designed for people who would like to participate in our Award-Winning Fitness Retreat programme but are not able to join us in person at one of our Residential Retreats.
The main advantage of our Weekend Virtual Fitness Retreat is that you do not need to take any time off work and you obtain access to FitFarms On Demand our long term online programme making the length of your course long term and sustainable.
We keep the number of customers of the Virtual Fitness Retreat to a minimum which enables us to keep the quality as high as our residential retreats. The upcoming retreats start on 8th May, 22nd May, 5th June, 19th June, 3rd July and 17th July.
The FitFarms Virtual Weekend Weekend is challenging but always manageable. You will be following a healthy balanced nutrition programme that aids weight loss whilst providing your body with the nutrients required to optimise your health. There will be a fantastic mixture of workout sessions that will include high intensity exercises such as HIIT, Circuit Training, Kettlebells accompanied by lower intensity exercises like Yoga and Pilates. We even have some energetic dance classes which are great to do in the home environment.
Before your weekend fitness retreat starts we will gather your health and nutrition information. The team will design the programme making sure the intensity of the exercises are suited to your current fitness level. If you have any special food requirements leave it in our hands, we will find you suitable substitutes.
The great advantage that you have following the FitFarms Virtual programme is that you have step to step cookery classes so you can prepare your healthy nutrition programme. Our fitness instructors are also experts on video as FitFarms has appeared on all the major Television channels and they have been delivering videos to our residential customers for over a decade.
Meeting like-minded people is a great form of motivation. The FitFarms online platform allows you to do this with ease. It’s easy to set up, simple to use and we will be there to greet you on arrival in a workshop or a workout. You will also gain access to live workouts, recorded workouts and recipes that are continuously updated giving you a whole range of new healthy cookery ideas. All you need is a phone or computer to get started.

Dave has been working in the residential weight loss industry for over 12 years and the Health & Fitness Industry for over 30 years. He is extremely experienced and qualified in all aspects of Health & Fitness from Strength & Conditioning to Sports Therapy. He has a holistic and empathetic approach to health and fitness, where he puts behaviour change and mindset first. He is an extremely popular coach and prides himself on helping our guests understand their strengths and create a positive mindset towards achieving their dream goals.
Dave is multi qualified within the fitness industry attaining his Master in NLP, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Therapist Masters, Personal Training and Personal Development Lifestyle Coach.
Stephen Cole founded FitFarms the Residential Fitness Retreat in 2006 which has won multiple awards from The Sunday Times best Weight Loss Retreat to the UK’s No.1 Fitness Camp by The Observer.
Stephen started his health and fitness career as a squash coach and player in Denmark. One of his highlights was training both the Danish National Mens and Junior Teams. When he arrived back in the U.K. he worked at The Chelsea Harbour Club creating health food in the kitchen and personal training on the gym floor. Stephen provided a service to the club members which included a variety of celebrities and members of the Royal Family.
Stephen successfully completed the Hotel and Catering International Management Association Programme which is the Institute of Hospitality. His passion is to bring a high service of Health and Hospitality to the Public.
