With the road to weight loss being a stressful and tackling journey, we make it our priority to support you not only at the course but with your travel to us too, making it as smooth and easy for you as possible.

Our retreats are located within; the Cotswolds, Devon, Dorset, London, Derbyshire, Scotland, Ireland, Portugal and Croatia. Ensuring we can provide you the answer you're searching for no matter where you are joining us from.

All the locations offer a unique experience, with different hiking environments and ranged facilities. All following our proven base program of mindset, lifestyle and nutrition workshops, a mix of exercise classes and stunning hikes in diverse settings. Alongside our expert team providing mentoring, guidance, support and balanced meals, provided by our health chef.

We provide travel to and from the local train stations and are always here to support you when navigating your travels to us. We also offer free parking on site throughout your stay if you are arriving by car.
