Lamb Kofta Ingredients 

250grams of lean lamb cubed

1 small onion

1 garlic clove

4 sprigs of mint

Handful of coriander

1 fresh chilli

 

Minted Yoghurt Ingredients

3 tbsp greek yoghurt

2 sprigs of fresh mint

Pinch of ground turmeric

Lemons

 

Weight Loss Retreat Kofta and Mint Sauce Cooking Method 

Mix together all the ingredients for the minted yoghurt and set to one side.

Chop the onion and garlic and blend together with the coriander and sprigs of mint.

Then add all the ingredients into a mixer bowl and blend together.

With your hands roll into sausages and push them onto skewers.

Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Take them out from the oven and serve with a good quality wholemeal flat bread, lemon  and the minted yoghurt.
