Matlock - Weight Loss Camp Day, 25 September 2015

Here we go again, with another new group of guys and girls all arriving on time,we can start the week as always, with our introduction! After we have covered our aims for the week we head over to the studio for a little LIGHT exercise and then it's dinner, all in all it takes us probably 2-2.5 hrs to get through the introduction and dinner and after that the evening is free for the clients to get settled in.

It is important that they feel comfortable and rested ready for the coming days exercises. One of the main points of the first evening is the emphasis on eating all your meals and snacks throughout the week, we are generally very flexible and even encourage where necessary other options for a healthy diet when organising life at home, however when it comes to the course, we emphasise the balance of varied produce fresh where possible and of a healthy portion control achievable only because of the regularity of meals and snacks being a core concern during the course of your stay with us, the long and short of it is, don't skip meals or snacks and if you cannot possibly the portion sizes we serve come and speak to us and we will adjust them so that you still achieve a balance of nutrients.
