Glamping - Weight Loss Camp Day, 29 August 2015

The last full day, the day where the whole week comes together. So we started off hard. We did a slightly longer morning workout. Which combined a little bit of each class we had done from the week. It was nice to see just how much peoples flexibility, stamina and balance had improved since the start of the week. After the hard morning session it was time for swimming or a nice walk through the Malvern hills. Personally I love the hills. it has a nice mix of flat and steep paths that test you but you are rewarded with one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen when you reach the top. The afternoon consisted of a good stretch with yoga to help relax those sore muscles from the week and help reactive those worked on during our weekly sports massages.

We finished off the week in style with some progressive plyometrics and core and some FitFarms field games before heading back to the main tent to recap over what we had learnt and what we were going to work on when we got home.

Then it was presentation time. A final hour where we present each client with a medal and certificate as a thank you for their hard work for the week.
