Glamping - Weight Loss Camp Day, 16 September 2015
Today we have the life coaching habits change workshop as well as other classes obviously but this will be the main session for the group. As part of our more educational and permanent change approach this session looks into the realistic control we have and how our decisions affect us, we look at; as the title suggests our habits good, bad and in-different and how to best channel our energy towards our goals.
It is not as simple as suggesting that someone who doesn't exercise or who isn't able to lose excess weight must be lazy, or undisciplined. We believe, our feet do what our brain asks them to, if we don't find a motivation or form of encouragement to excite us to the idea exercise or a healthy lifestyle we can't hope to succeed at toward our aim. Although we are a weight loss retreat on the face of it, our real aim is to help people make a positive lifestyle change.
