Glamping - Weight Loss Camp Day, 15 September 2015

This week every morning has begun with a wake up circuit and this morning is no exception. Whilst some may think it sounds boring and unimaginative to do circuits every morning it doesn't have to be, for instance of the circuits we have done so far none have been even slightly similar to the others and this will continue to be the case throughout the week. As with most exercise session the core exercises you have available at your disposal depend on a couple of factors, your understanding of the body's potential and your knowledge of exercise variations already out there, secondly the clients or people you are exercising with and their abilities and limitations.

We always say and truly believe exercise should be fun achieving goals should not be a priority and that in a healthy and balanced exercise routine you should not HAVE to do exercise that you don't enjoy! However that being said, we regularly get reminded that a lot of people who come to us for help or that struggle with enjoying exercise in general so we like to include ways of making the apparently boring exercise fun as well as introducing people to a free thinking approach that means they should concentrate on the exercise they enjoy if they wish to continue this way of life.

So by using circuits every morning in such different ways the group can find more exercises that maybe they didn't know or think they would enjoy and also that if you never do the same thing 2 times, how can it be boring?
