Recipe 1 Peanut based power balls

This is a favourite at our holistic weight loss boot camps because they are tasty to snack on and nutrient dense.

We like to use it at FitFarms because its a low carbohydrate food has good amounts of protein and healthy fats. It’s also high in magnesium which is good for people who have diabetes.

Ingredients for 10 power ballsĀ 

4 tablespoons of good quality peanut butter

2 teaspoons of honey

10 tablespoons of Goji berries (they are packed full of minerals and vitamins plus they are good for blood sugar levels)

10 tablespoons of mixed nuts

MethodĀ 

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend together.

Wet your hands so the mixture does not stick to your hands and make into 10 balls.

They are ready to eat straight away!
