FitFarms Spain - Weight Loss Camp Day Report – 15 Mar 2015
This special blog post report is what happened in one of our recent Fitfarms fat camp weeks as reported by one of our instructors.
So Sunday turned out to be not so sunny Spain. Measurements were first on the agenda for Sunday morning with a 6.30am start. Despite the weather the girls are bright and cheery and keen to get stuck into some exercise. We start them off with an introduction to exercise, giving us instructors chance to check and correct technique and assess the general vibe of the group. Next up is carry your excess!! Now this session has got to be out favourite class of the week, it's tough, but gives all clients a great sense of achievement and taste of high intensity circuit training.
We've got a fair few returns on the Spanish week, and although they know what to expect from carry your excess it doesn't stop them giving 110% in all the exercises. The rest of the day is filled with boxercise and a walk down to the local beach. Here we introduced the first form of our interval training with partner relays on the sand!
All clients seemed to enjoy the variety of sessions and change of scenery but were ready to head back for another delicious dinner created by bob!
