FitFarms has two weight loss and fitness courses running in March. The first one is at our southern site which is based in Dorset just outside the historic town of Blandford Forum. This is an extremely popular fitness camp course because the facilities are excellent. We have a great indoor swimming pool that can be used during the day. There is also a sauna and jacuzzi on site which people enjoy during the fitness programme. The surrounding countryside is spectacular as we sit at the bottom of Bulbarrow the hill which yes we do walk up during the course. The views at the top are worth it when you eventually get to the top. You can see why Hardy painted so much of the Dorset countryside as the rolling hills and hedges are quite breathtaking.

We have some great ‎walks on this course one which is always a favourite is the Sturminster Newton course which we usually do on Wednesday morning. We stride off into a forest and as we swing around to the left into an open field the view hits you. Then we walk down for 20 / 30 minutes into the town of Sturminster Newton itself which is a historic market town. Depending on how fast the group are walking we sometimes have time to see the historic mill which is a tour of around fifteen minutes.

Then the weight loss and fitness camp team make there‎ way up to Derbyshire to the FitFarms headquarters which is based just outside the town of Matlock. This is known as our headquarters because we have ran more than 100 retreats from this venue. It is very popular with our guests due to the countryside and wonderful accommodation. The retreats accommodation is Peak District stone cottages set around a lake. You can also see the lake from the exercise area which is a great distraction when you are feeling tired.

The next available date for the 7 night course at our Derbyshire headquarters fitness camp is on 25th March and then we run the shorter courses starting over this weekend as well.
