The women only programme is based around three important pillars Nutrition, Body and Mind. We will set you up with a supportive, structured and effective environment tailored to your specific needs.
The emphasis of the exercise programme is on burning body fat whilst creating lean toned muscle. This will give you better body confidence, self esteem and improve your all round general health.
Our clients range from 18 - 75 with an average age of 50. Do not worry if you’re not use to exercise. The health team will tailor the intensity level around your fitness standard.
The nutrition programme is based on portion control and balancing your blood sugar levels which will ultimately stop craving sugary foods for when you arrive home.
The women only exercise programme has been designed specifically for the female physique. The main objective of the programme is weight loss whilst toning, shaping and strengthening your body.
FitFarms is not a boot camp. We help and encourage women back onto the right track. We then carry on helping and supporting you through our free [email protected] service making sure you reach your long term goals.
