FitFarms holistic fitness boot camp in Spain is situated in Andalucia in the South of Spain. Nestling between olive groves and lemon trees in the mountain is the white Spanich Villa with a luxuriouis swimming pool and beatiful en suite bedrooms. The Spanish Villa is positioned perfectly for beach workouts, coastal and mountain walks. The weight loss and fitness programme has a holistic non military approach with the team setting up a supportive and caring enviroment where all exercises are challenging but always manageable.

During your programme we visit the famous Siera Nevada National Park for a mountain walk which has breathtaking views over the ancient city of Granada. Another highlight of the week is the Marbella beach workout which is an invigorating fun workout session. We are also just minutes way from the Iznakar resevoir with natural sandy beaches and blue waters.

Fitness Boot Camp Spain Accommodation

The Spain Fitness Camp in just a short drive from the hilltop white washed village of Iznajar which is perched on top of a mountain. Iznajar is famous for having the largest reservoir in Andalucia with beatiful sandy beaches.

The rooms at the villa are all en-suite and tastefully decorated. In the centre of the complex there is a stunning swimming pool looking over the mountains which is used for aqua aerobics and relaxing outside the schedule. There is a fantastic indoor training area for when the weather is too hot to train outside and many relaxing shaded areas in the grounds.

Fitness Boot Camp Spain Travel Directions

If you are travelling by plane to the Spain Fitnnes Camp we will collect you from Malaga airport either at 1pm or 7pm. We will return you at 9am the following Saturday. If you are driving you will find that FitFarms Spain is easy to reach and we will provide you with detailed travel instructions upon booking.

TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE

FitFarms schedules can be tailored to all different fitness levels, shapes and sizes. The programme will be challenging but always manageable taking into account your current fitness level.

7.00am - Wake up workout

8.30am - Breakfast

9.30am - Beach Walk followed by Core Strength Beach Workout

12.30pm - Lunch

1.30pm - Aqua Aerobics

2.15pm - Hatha Yoga

3.15pm - Flamenco Fitness / Boxercise

4.30pm - Kettlebells

5.30pm - Dinner

6.30pm - Mobilisation and Deep Stretch
