You will be guided through a residential programme covering nutrition, exercise and educational workshops which is backed up by an ongoing aftercare programme. The programme is challenging but tailored to your current fitness level by an experienced GP Referral Fitness and Weight Loss Specialist.

The Scotland accommodation is in a fantastic historical Georgian Manor House just 40 miles from Edinburgh. The house has been lovingly kept and there is a great mixture between old original features and new contemporary furnishings making your stay homely and comfortable. There is a good choice of bedrooms where you have the option of booking a single occupancy room or a shared occupancy room. You also have the option of choosing and en-suite bathroom or if you would like to keep the cost down you can opt for a shared bathroom. The rooms are modern and neutrally decorated with high ceilings giving a vast amount of space.

FitFarms Scotland is down by the borders just 40 miles from Edinburgh and takes approximately 1 hr by car. Glasgow is 85 miles away and takes about 90 minutes by car. FitFarms operates a free service where we collect guests from Edinburgh Waverley Railway Station which has great connections with London, Glasgow and the express buses from Edinburgh Airport which run every 10 minutes with a journey time of 25 minutes.

FitFarms schedules can be tailored to all different fitness levels, shapes and sizes. The programme will be challenging but always manageable taking into account your current fitness level.

7.00am - Wake up workout

8.30am - Breakfast

9.30am - Woodland Walk

12.30pm - Lunch

1.30pm - Aerobis / Boxercise

2.15pm - Swimming

3.30pm - Yoga

4.30pm - Lifestyle Consultation and Fitness Programming

5.30pm - Dinner

6.30pm - Core Workout

7.30pm - Massage (included in the course price on 5 or more nights)
