Devon FitFarms F&Q

Who comes on your weight loss camp?

Women who want to lose a significant amount of weight and learn how to maintain their new healthy weight through learning more effective ways to exercise and eat better.

What is the difference between a weight loss camp and a boot camp?

The main difference is the Health and Fitness team and the content of the programme. A good weight loss camp team will come from a sports science background and therefore will be qualified in making effective exercise programmes. Boot camp staff normally come from military backgrounds and their programme will be based more around military style exercises.

'It isn't about strenous
effort for the already healthy, but about serious diet and exercise for those who are struggling to reach a shape they're happy with.' The Sunday Times
I'm worried that I might be to old or not fit enough to do this course?
We do a full health and fitness assessment on the first day you wake up. The programme has been designed to suit all levels of fitness and all shapes and sizes.
What do we eat?
The chef will give you the right amount of daily calories for the amount of exercise you will be completing in the day. All the food is fresh, mostly seasonal and nearly all organic.
What time is the pick up from the station?
The pick up is at 4.30pm.
What time should I book the train to leave?

Anytime from 10.15am onwards.

Do I have to come with a partner to take the shared room price?
No. Most people come on their own and then they are partnered with another person.
