What is the difference between a weight loss camp and a boot camp?
The main difference is the Health and Fitness team and the content of the programme. A good weight loss camp team will come from a sports science background and therefore will be qualified in making effective exercise programmes. Boot camp staff normally come from military backgrounds and their programme will be based more around military style exercises. |
