Coming to FitFarm Derbyshire on Friday as I'm the heaviest I've ever been (and very overweight)

and can't seem to get the right motivation / into the right mindset myself to get healthy again.
Not sure I'm looking forward to anything, hopefully getting that switch in my head turned the right way to kick start a healthier me.
Nervous that I'll potentially starve for the weekend considering the amounts of healthy food I can't stand to eat. Usually all healthy recipes have at least one core or multiple ingredients that I won't eat. Not big on variety when it comes to fruits and vege I can eat. Out of the 40 menu planner items there were only 8 items that I could actually consider trying - with taking out probably at least one ingredient
Also nervous about the exercise as I get out of breath quite easily when walking up stairs.
