I went on the Derbyshire course and had a life changing week.

The accommodation is fantastic accompanied by amazing food and a varied exercise programme. The workshops were extremely informative and covered all the areas necessary to help make the improvements.

The team were incredible giving support and encouragement to everyone.

I'm going back in June and can't wait!

Fantastic week at the Dorset weight loss retreat.

Hello FitFarms

I would like to thank you for a sensational time!

The variety of exercise was good and I felt challenged in the right way. The food was really good - thank you Steve. My butternut squash curry isn't quite as good as the one that you made on the weight loss retreat but still yummy.

I feel slimmer and have so much more energy and believe it or not I've carried on with the exercise and healthy eating at home.
