Typical Day
 

You will find that the days start early and finish in the evening. We have a team of sports massage therapist which will revitalise your muscles during the week which is included in your course price and all exercises will be made manageable to fit into your individual fitness standard.

FitFarms specialises in weight loss and fitness programmes and therefore we don't offer pampering health club treatments. Your time spent with us is important and therefore we make the days as productive as possible.
