Gillie Sutherland Health Manager and Life Coach has designed a detailed 12 week support programme that will help you stay on track and make your health and weight loss sustainable.

Our Sustainable Health and Weight Loss programme is as detailed and structured as the 7 day residential programme. We look at our course as a 13 week Life Changing process starting with an intense 7 day kick start at the Farm.

Just like the 7 day residential programme the 12 weeks to follow will include exercise, nutrition and behaviour therapy and all three areas run alongside and support each other week by week.

This unique programme draws on principles from coaching using NLP techniques, sound nutritional advice from one of the country's leading nutritionist and a progressive exercise programme which will ensure you achieve long lasting results.

We look at all the factors involved, from the psychological to the biochemical reasons why people overeat or struggle to make exercise part of a routine and we then devise tailor-made strategies to create positive long term change that fit in around your lifestyle.

You will learn lifelong techniques for keeping the weight off, and develop healthy habits that mean you look and feel good without having to be on a diet for the rest of your life.
