Health Team
 
Leading the team is the Health Manager Gillie Sutherland who is recognised as one of the countries leading Life Coaches. Team Leader and head of sport science is Great Britian gold medalist hockey star Charlotte Hartley. The nutrition programme has been designed by Julia FitzGerald who is the former Daily Telegraph's nutritionist. Julia delivers all of the nutrition workshops during the week.
 
Health Manager
Gillie
A highly experienced Senior Manager in the health and fitness industry, Gillie has been committed to supporting others achieve their fitness and personal goals for over 15 years. Qualified as an exercise and aerobics instructor for 18 years, Accredited Life Coach for 8 years, she is passionate about helping women feel good inside and out. She has a wealth of experience in both health and wellbeing as well as positive psychology. Gillie is one of the country's leading coaches specialising in weight managment and is able to achieve long lasting changes through behavioural change. Gillie believes that fitness should be fun and if you find the exercise you love doing you will stick to it. She lives with this principle herself and gets her fitness kicks from dancing, yoga, surfing and wakeboarding.
Motivator
Charlotte Miller
Charlotte has competed as an athlete at International level. She has a great understanding of peoples fitness levels and she knows how to get the best out of everyone. Even at 5.40am! Charlotte is key to making the group work well together and is always willing to share her wide range of knowledge on training techniques.
Nutritional Therapist
Julia Fitzgerald

Julia is the FitFarms and former Daily Telegraph nutritional therapist. She is based in South Devon where she runs a busy private practice. Like many practitioners, she became interested in nutrition after experiencing the powerful effects of the right diet on her own health. She has first-hand experience of turning a poor diet into a healthy one, which enhances her understanding of clients attempting to do the same. She studied for a BSc in Nutritional Therapy for three years at the University of Westminster and was awarded the Student of the Year award upon graduation. Her studies included anatomy, biochemistry, physiology and pharmacology in addition to nutritional therapeutics and over 300 hours of supervised clinical practice. She is registered with the Nutritional Therapists Council and a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy. She is particularly interested in chronic fatigue, sports nutrition and weight management.

Julia devised and still oversees the FitFarms menu. She also delivers two popular workshops to all FitFarms groups.

Chef
Mikael Perret
Mikael was born in France and comes from a traditional French family cooking background. He has had over 20 years experience in the catering industry ranging from Head Chef to Director of Food and Beverage and has worked in michelin star establishments. Mikael is very approachable and loves to share his knowledge and passion for food with everyone.
Exercise Coach
Sian Cheedy
Sian successfully passed a sports development degree from Cardiff University. She specialises in sports psychology and has featured on national radio talking on motivation and elite performance coaching for women. Sian has also competed as a National and European athlete.
Aerobics Instructor
Tara Prime
Tara is an experienced aerobics instructor and personal trainer. She has worked with all levels of fitness and her specialised area is  kinesiology. Her enthusiasm for exercise and health shines through in her friendly and bubbly approach to aerobics and personal training. Tara's skill knowledge and passion means she is able to offer fun, varied and effective training sessions to everyone on the course.
Dance Instructor
Sonja Heijl
Sonja has over 5 years Salsa dance experience to draw on and has created her own Salsa workout exercise programme as a result of realising how beneficial dance is for your health. Salsa dancing is not only a good aerobic activity, but is fun to do and helps with co-ordination, posture, self confidence and balance. It is also a great stress relief. Sonja is passionate about all things Salsa and loves to share her enthusiasm with all, no matter what age or ability (or how many left feet).

Corrine Parnall
Corrine has worked to management level in the Leisure industry for over 20 years. She can take make different styles of dance classes but she specialises in Line Dancing and Aerobics. She is also a qualified and well experienced Pilates instructor. Corrines classes are a good introduction to any type of dance style exercise.
Dance Instructor
Nikki Soper
Nikki has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and has a background in health and fitness managment and group exercise instruction. Nikki specialises in body combat, pilates and aerobic classes. She is also a group leader for the womens runnimg network and a qualified personal trainer.
Tai Chi Instructor
Andrew Blabey
Andrew is a registered instructor with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and has studied and practiced Tai Chi and Daoist Yoga for over 20 years. He has studied under many distinguished masters in England and China and teaches regular classes nationwide. He is also a qualified remedial masseur with 12 years proffesional experience.
Exercise Coach
Hilary Allen
Hilary is a graduate of the University in Leeds in music. She has always been interested in fitness, swimming and walking regulary. 10 years ago she took up running in order to run Race for Life. Although she is by no means a fast runner, since then she has run extensively in England and abroad completing a variety of events including 3 marathons. A growing interest in the sport led her to study successfully for a BTEC Certificate in Sport and train as an athletics coach, specialising in endurance. She leads a weekly women's running group where the emphasis is on enjoyment, inclusion of all abilities, ages, shapes and sizes and FUN! She is involved in training other groups of beginner runners for the local Race for Life events and takes great satisfaction from helping people on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
Yoga Instructor
Kate Lowe
Kate is an experienced Hatha yoga instructor and is a member of the British Wheel Of Yoga. Her sessions are a great introduction to yoga and by the end of the week you will be competent in some of the basic poses. Kate will concentrate on your body alignment whilst also teaching you breathing, calming and relaxing the mind.
Personal Trainer
Debbie Bidmead
Debbie's passion is long distance endurance running and has competed at International level. She then started to participate in local aerobics classses to improve her fitness. In 1994 she qualified with the London Central Y.M.C.A. as a fitness instructor. Using her running background and her new training skills she trained herself to become the UK's Ultra Distance Trail Champion in 2002. Debbie is also an advanced level 3 pilates instructor.
Personal Trainer
Lauren Clarke
Lauren started her sports career in equestrian competing at area and national level. She trained in dressage, showjumping and cross country and is a fully qualified EFA coach. Lauren then transferred her skills over to group fitness coaching. Lauren has trained in agility, strength and speed training and more recently kinesiology (the science of movement).
Gym Instructor
Trisha Brown
Trisha is an endurance athlete having completed in many triathlons and iron man events worldwide. She is a fully qualified gym instructor and her field of experise is in circuit training. Trisha is also a fully qualified Nordic Walker and holds training sessions throughout Devon and Somerset.
