Each team member is highly experienced in their field and has great motivational skills.
The main core of the exercise program will be cardio, working in the body fat burning zone (60-85% of your maximum heart rate).

We realise that everybody has different levels of fitness therefore trainers will modify the exercises depending on your fitness level. Ultimately we aim to make all the exercise sessions fun and enjoyable but also intense so you will gain as much as you can from your time at FitFarms.
The majority of people exercise incorrectly and that is why they don't see the results they set out to achieve. Our knowledgeable health team will show you the correct exercise techniques and set you realistic achievable goals. So as your weight decreases your fitness level increases. |
