We run very differently from a boot camp or a standard weight loss retreat. When you arrive at FitFarms your fitness level will be assessed by a physiotherapist and personal trainer. Each individual exercise session will be made intense to suit your level of fitness. This allows us to take on a wider range of fitness levels with all the clients getting maximum benefit from the course.

FitFarms has over 15 members of staff in the health team which ensures that during the week the type of exercise is always varied. Julie the health manager has followed 4 simple but very important steps when devising the FitFarms exercise programme:

F - Frequency of exercise

I - Intensity of exercise

T - Time duration of exercise

T - Type of exercise

Here at FitFarms we have our own intensity level scale which is based on heart beats per minute. This is called FitFarms HRS (Heart Rate Scale). The system ensures that you maximise the time you spend at FitFarms.

FitFarms HRS also creates a training environment where you're not competing with others which enables you to feel comfortable with yourself and your surroundings when exercising.
