Organic Fitness Boot Camp In Malvern Day 2

This special blog post report is what happened in one of our recent Fitfarms fat camp weeks as reported by one of our instructors.

This was a day where the windy weather set in and the guests and team worked extremely well together to keep spirits high and still go forward at a great tempo. First up was the early bird workout which was quite amazing because we could hear a cuckoo knocking away in the background as our heart rates were raised to the beat of some great up lifting music. The group have really bonded well together and even though we are up against the elements the programme and life changing process is well underway.

Then we go into breakfast which is a prune style porridge made by our in house chef Annette. The mid morning snack is also prepared at breakfast time which is our extreme tasty weigh loss retreat energy balls. The energy balls bring a smile to everyone's face and supply new energy to everyone trainers included.

The exercise classes are really flowing now and the Helen - Andy fitness training mix is working really well. Andy has a love of kettlebells accompanied by attention to technique and Helen backs this us well with her own enthusiasm for changing lifestyles.

Lunch was an incredibly delicious crust less quiche with a spinach and mixed herb salad. The eggs are from the organic farm as well as the spinach and herbs. If I say so myself it was absolutely amazing.

Many of the guests thought the spinach was so lovely they bought bags to take away with them at the end of the week. It has great health benefits as it's very strong in iron. We have our persian friends to thank for spinach as it was first introduced to England from persia in the 12th century and until then we were all about kale and cabbage.

The weight loss holiday evening ends with some dance style exercise which was received extremely well.
