The FitFarms health assessments are the most extensive in the industry. Devised by Julie Brealy and implemented by Julie and a chartered physiotherapist. You will be taken through a full range of simple physical tests monitoring your heart rate, body fat, body mass index, flexibility, lung capacity to name but a few.
Your private health assessment will allow our team to gauge your individual fitness standard. The intensity of the exercise programme is then tailor made to suit your level of fitness. The health team will make sure you're in the right exercise zone for the week. You won't be asked to do an exercise that is unmangeable but you will be encouraged and motivated to get the most out of every exercise.
The 5 key areas of health and fitness are Body Fat Percentage, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Aerobic Capacity and Muscular Strength. The FitFarms programme concentrates on these areas and by doing so your health and fitness will improve dramatically over the week.
